Travelers may cancel their trip by email or telephone. Cancellations up to 14 days before the trip get total refund of the deposit / ticket Cancellations up to 7 days get a 50% deposit / ticket refund. Cancellations 3 days or less before the trip are not entitled to a refund. Cancellations due to weather conditions get total refund of the deposit / ticket.
